Beer fridge

Most of you know that Renee & I have been brewing beer for quite a while (~6yrs?!). When we were in the US we were bottling all the batches because of the lack of space in the trailer. Well, our apartment in Brisbane has the perfect spot for a beer fridge, so we ditched the bottles and upgraded to kegs. It's finished just in time for our August birthday bash next weekend... perhaps we'll post a couple photos of the taps in action.

July in the US

We made a trip back to the US for the month of July. Eric had two conferences (Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Chattanooga, TN) and two meetings (Miami, FL and Durham, NC). Renee spent time with family in Florida then was in Durham for an art show with a couple friends. We then ran up to Wisconsin for a week with the Tremls, then back to Florida for a week with the Seamans. It was an incredibly busy time and we were not able to catch up with a lot of friends, but it was good nonetheless. We got back last week … it’s good to be home again.
